A recent survey of California voters found a 51-percent majority support a $4 billion housing bond the state legislature voted to put on the November 2018 ballot, UC Berkeley reported Tuesday, Sept. 19. Just 27 percent of the 1,200 registered voters responding to the university’s Institute of Governmental Studies’ online survey opposed the bond measure. Twenty-two percent said they were undecided; the poll had a 4 percent margin of error.
