Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and several city council members gathered at the gate of the City Hall on August 31, calling on voters to support Proposition 1 and Proposal No. 2 on this year’s ballot. The two proposals will help veterans and low-income people build affordable housing and to provide mental health services to long-term residents.

(Committee on Budget.
